Fill the molds with the tempered chocolate, then turn them upside down on a rack. Leave the molds upside down on the rack until the chocolate has completely crystallized (about 4 hours). Unmold by gently tapping the molds on the work surface. Stick the elements together with melted chocolate or by heating the edges by quickly passing them over a hot baking sheet. Thermoformed material mold for making chocolate figurines in the shape of a Christmas tree. ⌀110 h 160 mm.
