A line of molds resulting from a collaboration between Martellato and internationally renowned Pastry Chefs to create VIP pralines.
Each mould tells a real story inspired by the country, culture and personality of the Pastry Chef. In this case, the Dune Chocolate Mould, signed by Karim Bourgi, was inspired by the dunes of the Dubai desert.
An acclaimed artisan pastry chef based in Dubai since 2011, Chef Bourgi is the founder of KAYU bakehouse & CALLA. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 1999 and trained in the best establishments in Paris. Always striving for excellence with unique and delicious creations, he consults privately and gives Pastry Masterclasses all over the world.

RETURNS: It’s very important for us you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, considering these are packed products and for hygiene purpose cannot be put on selling once used, all items on our website our non-returnable. However, any item received damaged or broken can be returned after the mandate process and is thereafter eligible for refund or exchange as per the reuqest.
REFUNDS:
Y&M Enterorises will refund customers through cheque payment method. or tranfer. Returns are processed immediately upon QC of the product (incase received damaged or had manufacturing defects). You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed.
We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
