We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our customers. Orders placed Monday through Saturday IST  will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two  business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse.If you want to inquiry about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior placing your order. Our shipping  charge is as per the compay policy .

RETURNS: It’s very important for us you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, considering these are packed products and for hygiene purpose cannot be put on selling once used, all items on our website our non-returnable. However, any item received damaged or broken can be returned after the mandate process and is thereafter eligible for refund or exchange as per the reuqest.

REFUNDS:

Y&M Enterorises will refund customers through cheque payment method. or tranfer. Returns are processed immediately upon QC of the product (incase received damaged or had manufacturing defects). You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed.

We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
